Patina, the popular Southwest Minneapolis store is open again, and it's hard to tell there was ever a disaster at 50th and Bryant.

Since the fire, though, the building's two previous tennants—Heidi's and the Blackbird Cafe—have moved to new spaces. The rebuilt structure has two vacant retail spaces waiting for tennants. A company spokesperson said on Tuesday that Patina's owners were still in talks with two potential tennants for the spaces. She said both potential tennants were restaurants, but that neither had yet made a frim commitment to lease a space.
