It may be time to evaluate the City Conference - at least for football. South is now in the "Super Section" created this year for the state's top 32 school (by enrollment). Roosevelt did not field a varsity team this year, and North is focused on trying to remain viable as a school, let alone a football team. When games are consistently so lopsided it doesn't benefit either program.

Huh. From what you know about the St Paul schools, might it be worth it to merge the Minneapolis City Conference with whatever similar setup they have over there?
