Hennepin County's Most Wanted Criminals

James Lashawn Williams
Williams is wanted on a warrant for unlawful possession of cocaine. A minor child of Williams was present when he attempted to conceal the drug by consuming it. Williams is wanted on a warrant for unlawful possession of cocaine. A minor child of Williams was present when he attempted to conceal the drug by consuming it. Bates is accused of raping a female in a Brooklyn Center residence. He is wanted for 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. He stands 5’8” and weighs 202 pounds, with brown eyes.
Gutierrez-Sanchez is accused of sexually abusing his girlfriend’s daughter for several years, beginning when she was age seven or eight. He is wanted for 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. He stands 5’8” and weighs 249 pounds, with brown eyes.
Isse is charged with sexually molesting a 10-year-old female in Dec. 2006. He is wanted for 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. He stands 5’9” and weighs 152 pounds, with brown eyes.
In 2002, Lopez was charged with the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl in Bloomington. He is wanted on a warrant related to criminal sexual conduct. He stands 5’4" and weighs 135 pounds, with brown eyes.
Omar failed to appear for a scheduled hearing for the charge of Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle on May 5, 2009. He is wanted on a warrant in connection with a felony charge of fleeing a police officer. He stands 5’11" and weighs 147 pounds, with brown eyes.

The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office is asking for help locating its most wanted criminals.

All fugitives have felony warrants issued for their arrest. The Sheriff's Office reminds citizens to not approach or attempt to apprehend any of the suspects, as they should all be considered dangerous.

A maximum $1,000 cash reward is available to anyone with information that leads to the arrest of any of the suspects.
