Welcome back, Patch Blogger!

"Best Of" Contest Neck-and-Neck

Vote on your favorite local spot for a cup.

You can't swing a dead cat in Southwest Minneapolis without hitting a barista, but it's looking like some clear favorites are emerging in our "Best of Southwest" coffee shop contest.

Patisserie 46 leads the pack, with Butter Bakery only a few votes back, and Anodyne Coffeehouse trailing close behind. So if your favorite place isn't in the lead, get on it and get your fellow fans to vote and show their support! Did you also know you can also review your favorite spots on Patch? Hit the links above, or search for them in our directory, and make sure you encourage your fellow fans to post their reviews, too—it will bear on who wins our contest.

Voting ends at 9 p.m. on March 8. Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results and reviews on Patch Places. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch. We’ll announce the winner at noon on March 9.

Adagio has the best tasting coffee and cappuccinos in Minneapolis.
And it's organic! (so it's not poisoning you!)

All of Butter's coffee is Fair Trade and Organic. Plus, Butter has live music on the weekends. Butter's brunch menu (from 8am - 2pm) is amazing! With housemade-buttermilk biscuit sandwiches (try one with avocado, "clint style") and delicious baked goods, you'd think it couldn't get any better, but there's coffee too! The environment is super chill with friendly staff.

I should have explained more: This way, anyone who googles either place will see how much you love them!
