At Open Streets, Lyndale Cleared for Skateboarding, Music and a Slow Bike Race
Southwest Minneapolis Patch's photo gallery of the Sunday street festival.
Thousands of Minnesotans took to Lyndale Avenue by bike and by foot Sunday for the second annual Open Streets Minneapolis community festival.
Local bands played, skateboarders and hip hop dancers showed off their moves, and festival goers competed in a slow bike race where the last person to cross the finish line won a free bike helmet.
Add your photos of the street festival above and tell us what your favorite activity was in the comment section below.
