MLK Park will soon have extended hours for teens on Friday and Saturday evenings from 9-11 p.m. One of the activities that will be offered is knitting instruction but materials are needed.

Please consider donating knitting needles, both mitten needles and short round needles for caps, and wool (for warmth) to Minneapolis Parks to further youth outreach programs. Donations can be dropped off at Lyndale Farmstead Park or MLK Park, and put to the attention of Ann Lynch.
