I was walking on West Minnehaha Pkwy between Lyndale and Nicollet at noon Tuesday, Jan 8th and saw a large coyote on the path ahead of me, next to the creek. Heads up to pet owners, this was a mid day sighting. It was not scared, just walked at a slow pace. I took my dog up to the street and watched the coyote saunter down the path towards Nicollet Avenue. It was the size of a young german shepard.
